Do I know where I feel different emotions in my body?

The lesson talked a lot about where feelings come up in the body. When I feel  sadness, where do I feel that in my body?

How would I describe the feeling exactly?  

Where do I feel anger in my body?  

How quickly after I’ve been triggered, am I consciously awareness about the feeling in my body?

Am I open to exploring and modifying this internal process of mine so I can feel better?

What is a very personal/private example of how I have had a triggering experience that caused or causes me to have a strong physical reaction?  Be as specific as possible, with as many details as possible.*This will be an example that you can use multiple times as you continue through this course.
