Reflection - Self-destructive behaviors

Many times we unintentionally create self-destructive behaviors as a way to cope with something we are struggling with.  One of the behaviors that I’ve observed in myself that I’d like to change is: 

When left unchecked, a behavior repeated can become a habit.  My habit(s) that I’d like notice and modify right now is/are: 

And I think I formed that habit to help me deal with what? 

We get addicted to thinking patterns that are the exact same over and over.  We then think that it is belief.  What are some of the thinking patterns that I have been using that no longer serve me?  I am ready to adjust some of my thinking patterns organically through this process, and I will allow these changes to naturally evolve, without getting my mind involved.  My inner being knows how to adjust itself to my centered self!
